You must currently be employed in a painting and decorating role and have access to a site environment to complete assessments.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal academic requirements, but you must:

• Be at least 19 years old

• Have substantial on-site experience in painting and decorating

• Be able to provide work-based evidence of your role

We'll assess your suitability with a quick pre-enrolment questionnaire.

• Conforming to General Health, Safety and Welfare in the Workplace
• Conforming to Productive Working Practices in the Workplace
• Moving, Handling and Storing Resources in the Workplace
• Erecting and Dismantling Access/Working Platforms in the Workplace
• Preparing Surfaces for Painting and/or Decorating in the Workplace
• Applying Surface Coatings by Brush and Roller in the Workplace
• Developing and Maintaining Good Occupational Working Relationships in the Workplace
• Confirming Work Activities and Resources for an Occupational Work Area in the Workplace
• Confirming the Occupational Method of Work in the Workplace
