    A61 Appointed Person Novice Course Assessment

    Candidates will take a verbal theory test, and complete a practical assessment. Successful candidates will receive a 2 Year CPCS Category A61 Red Trained Operator License.

    Who Should Attend?

    This CPCS course is suitable for individuals who will be responsible for the planning, organising and controlling of lifting operations in the workplace and are looking to obtain the CPCS Red Card.

    Further Training

    Once you have achieved your Red CPCS Trained Operator Card it lasts for 2 years. During these 2 years you must work towards and achieve your NVQ in Plant Operations to upgrade to a Blue CPCS Competence Card.
