    NPORS Appointed Person Training Course Assessment

    Candidates will take a verbal theory test, and complete a practical assessment. Successful candidates will receive a NPORS Operator Card which lasts for 5 years. 

    Who Should Attend?

    This course is aimed at supervisors and managers with responsibility for lifting operations. This course will give you an understanding of the appointed person’s responsibilities and how to fulfil them.

    CSCS Logo

    After booking your course please let us know if you require the NPORS/CSCS Card (required for construction industry) or the traditional NPORS card (suitable for sectors other than construction).

    If you require the CSCS logo then on successful completion of your course you will be issued with a red trained operator card valid for 2 years in which time an NVQ for the relevant plant category must be completed. A blue competent operators card is then issued which is valid for 5 years.

    All operators who require the NPORS/CSCS card must have completed the CSCS HSE Operatives touch screen test within the last 2 years.
